Roy Covid-19 Update,

This site will allow you to follow the Covid-19 counts right here at home, in ROY. Please use this information to improve the safety and health of yourself, family, neighbors and our entire community.

Covid-19, from a U of Washington study 5/7/20, is 13 times more deadly than influenza (the flu).

Roy is 15% of Weber County Population but accounts for 21% - 25% of Covid-19 cases.

Weber County distribution of cases by age
· 0 - 18 = 9%
· 18 - 60 = 73%
· 60+ = 16%

PLEASE respect ALL in our community! PLEASE WEAR a MASK and KEEP YOUR DISTANCE! IT WILL MAKE a life-saving DIFFERENCE! Even if you do not die from Covid-19, full recovery from ill-effects may take extensive time.

There is no magic cure at this time! Personal responsibility for self and others is the only weapon in this critical fight.

Do not put yourself in a position that when you look back to this time you are heartsick over what a little bit of caution could have prevented.
